We value personal relationships. Jeff Wallace personally meets with each client and is involved every step of the way, both during the design process and during construction. He has chosen to keep the company small to ensure that close personal one-on-one relationships with clients and expert craftsmen are maintained. In addition to Jeff Wallace, we assign one of our employees to the client's job to ensure subcontractors stay on schedule and are doing their job correctly. Wallace meets regularly with the client, and technology is used to ensure that client questions are answered promptly.

Most of our employees have been with the company for 3 years or more. The subcontractors used on each individual job have been handpicked for their professionalism and craftsmanship, and some have been working with the company since its inception.

We schedule shopping trips, meet suppliers with the client, and have preferred vendors we can send clients to who we know will treat our clients with care. All of these personal relationships result in a one-of-a kind, unique home that reflects each client's taste and style of living.
