The expansive addition to this home involved adding a modern chef's kitchen to an historic East End cottage estate and an apartment over the existing garage. Ultimately, the whole house was renovated for the owner, who lived in the finished apartment while renovations continued at her home. The results are truly amazing, replete with whimsical color everywhere to complement the owner's style.
